A massive fire broke out at a hotel in the Old Center of Bucharest and 20 people, mostly tourists, were evacuated.

The alarm was raised by tourists who smelled smoke and were woken from their sleep. Firefighters intervened with 8 fire engines and two ladders and managed to bring the fire under control before it spread to other properties.
