The National Administration of Meteorology has announced that Romania will face hot days, with code yellow warnings for heatwave and heat discomfort between June 24 and 26. The maximum temperatures will range between 34 and 38 degrees Celsius, while the nights will not be cool, with lows between 17 and 24 degrees. The affected areas include Banat, Oltenia, Muntenia and southern Moldavia, and the discomfort will be significant, as the ITU index will exceed 80 units.
