The Ministry of Health has asked the public health directorates and ambulance services to activate the plans of measures for hot days. They are to alert ambulance crews and check healthcare conditions in health facilities, including stocks of medicines for conditions aggravated by the heat. They will also work with local authorities to organize drinking water assistance and distribution points, and hygiene checks will be stepped up in food establishments and school camps.
