Alexandru Rogobete emphasized that the Ministry of Health has not initiated any public debate regarding the reduction of the level of compensation for medications. He rejected the information that appeared in the public space about possible increases in costs for patients with chronic diseases. The minister stated that the ministry's goal is to support patients' access to treatments and to promote generic medications. Any changes to the lists of compensated medications will be made after consultations with all relevant stakeholders.
