Global Vision, a new player in the retail park market, plans to build Oradea Retail Plaza on over 25,500 square meters of land. The project includes an ATAC Hiper Discount store, which will occupy 7,500 square meters, and a 1,500 square meter shopping mall. The total investment in the project is part of a €150 million expansion plan aimed at creating strong partnerships and integrated developments that bring value to the community and investors.
