The police carried out seven searches and detained five men involved in thefts from the commercial warehouses Dragon and Juventus Colentina.

The action included seven searches in Bucharest and the counties of Ialomița and Ilfov, targeting crimes of qualified theft. Four of the suspects were caught in the act while attempting to steal textile articles from two warehouses. They used a method to dislocate the metal walls of the warehouses to access the goods, and one of them was a guard at one of the warehouses, thus facilitating the thefts. Between September 18 and October 6, 2025, they stole clothing items worth a total of approximately 183,000 lei. The stolen goods were recovered and returned to the owners. All five men were taken in for questioning to clarify their criminal activity.
