The incident occurred on the bridge over the Someș River, on Main Line 400, where a train consisting of a locomotive and six carriages, with approximately 120 passengers on board, was affected by a fire. Authorities responded promptly, evacuating all passengers to safety and extinguishing the fire without recording any casualties. Rail traffic was suspended in both directions on Main Line 400, and INFOTRAFIC representatives estimate that traffic will resume under normal conditions after 7:00 PM.
