Fire at a school in Oradea. A classroom was engulfed in flames, with smoke reaching up to the second floor.

A fire broke out on Wednesday evening in a school on Călugăreni Street in Oradea, mobilizing the ISU Bihor firefighters. The fire was observed in a classroom, and the call to 112 was made around 8:20 PM. Firefighters and SMURD crews arrived at the scene and found that smoke had spread rapidly to the ground floor and upper floors of the building.

The flames destroyed an office, a printer, an office chair, a laptop, and a speaker. The prompt intervention of the firefighters led to the extinguishing of the fire in about 10 minutes, and the smoke was evacuated using special fans to prevent further damage.
