A road accident on DN 72, in the locality of Picior de Munte, resulted in the death of a 22-year-old woman, after the car overturned.

On the evening of December 25, the officers of the Găești Road Police were alerted about an accident on DN 72, in the locality of Picior de Munte. A 26-year-old man, who was driving, lost control of the direction, and the car overturned.

As a result of the accident, a 22-year-old woman, a passenger in the vehicle, suffered serious injuries and was found in a state of unconsciousness. The intervention teams, including firefighters and SMURD crews, attempted resuscitation maneuvers, but the victim did not respond and was declared dead. The police continue investigations to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
