The Traffic Brigade reported a serious accident on Bd. Tudor Vladimirescu, which occurred around 12:20 PM, in which a 19-year-old young man hit a 71-year-old pedestrian. The victim was crossing the street when she was struck by the vehicle, and despite the doctors' efforts to resuscitate him, the man died. The driver was tested with the Alcooltest and DrugTest devices, with negative results. Following the accident, traffic restrictions were imposed on Bd. Tudor Vladimirescu, in the direction of Calea 13 Septembrie. The police continue investigations to determine the exact causes of the accident.
