The factory risks a fine between 50,000 and 100,000 lei for failing to implement preventive measures. Additionally, four people were injured in the incident, and the Alba Police have opened a criminal case for bodily harm through negligence. Authorities continue to monitor the air and investigate possible chemicals involved.
