Three Apele Române boats, together with teams of specialists, were sent to Izvorul Muntelui to clean up the waste caused by the floods.

Environment Minister Diana Buzoianu has announced the dispatch of three boats and teams of specialists to Izvorul Muntelui to help clean the lake of the waste that has accumulated following the recent floods. Although Hidroelectrica has the main responsibility, Buzoianu emphasized the importance of collaboration between institutions to prevent risks to the population. Actions include reinforcing existing ramps and using excavators to remove waste. The floods severely affected homes in Suceava and Neamț, with more than 680 houses damaged.
