<p>The Ministry of Interior has announced the launch of the electronic identity card (CEI) application, available for download on the Ministry's HUB portal. The application allows users to view their personal information, log into IT systems and electronically sign documents. An electronic service will also be available for the attestation of domicile, and the CEI can also be used as a travel document. A dematerialized version of the CEI is under development, with a completion date of May 2026.
