The protest took place against the provisions imposed by the 'Train' Ordinance 156/2024, which could have affected salary entitlements. The company has assured that it is discussing with trade unionists to find solutions that will meet the needs of employees and sustain the safe power generation activity. The energy minister said that the reorganization will not affect production employees.
