The High Court of Cassation and Justice (HCCJ) pays €182,059.82 per month for the temporary premises rented from CCIR, exceeding €4.3 million so far. The CSM, on the other hand, pays €39,700.46 per month for the two premises in Calea Plevnei. Although the state pays high rents, confiscated buildings are not socially reused, but sold, which raises questions about the management of public assets.
