Drulă emphasized that Romania is facing an alarming financial situation, constantly borrowing to cover expenses, especially pensions. He accused former prime ministers, Marcel Ciolacu and Nicolae Ciucă, of mismanaging the budget, mentioning that interest payments have reached 50 billion lei. Drulă warned that without corrective measures, the economic situation will continue to deteriorate.
