A group of eight people who were selling drugs in the Old City Center has been dismantled by DIICOT prosecutors.

The group was organized 'in shifts' and sold drugs on the street, with a leader who set the perimeter of action. Searches turned up drugs, cash and other goods suspected to be proceeds of crime. Five suspects were remanded in custody and three others were remanded in absentia. Officers also banned access to a building used as a drug den.
