According to ISU Delta, a drone crashed in the northern area of Tulcea County, causing an explosion followed by a fire. On-site, a crew of five firefighters from the Măcin Fire Department intervened with a firefighting vehicle. At 11:45, the National Military Command Center established an air alert, and a RO-ALERT message was sent to inform the population in the northern part of Tulcea County and the eastern part of Galați County. The drone was not detected by the radar systems of the Ministry of National Defense, flying at a very low altitude. According to preliminary information, the crash did not cause any casualties or material damage. A team from the Ministry of National Defense, with an IAR PUMA 330 SOCAT helicopter, will investigate the area to assess the situation.
