The draft law provides for the clarification of the definition of "vehicle" and ways to control the MTPL insurance, in compliance with European regulations. It also sets minimum limits of liability covered by MTPL, in line with EU regulations. The draft aims to transpose the provisions of Directive 2021/2118/EC and the rulings of the European Court of Justice.
