Providers who do not pay their fines on time could remain without a license. How to recover it

The draft law provides that traffic fines not paid on time will be gradually increased. For example, a driver who has not paid their fine within three months will have to pay the initial amount of the fine, plus an additional 30%. 

Additionally, those who do not pay their fine within a 90-day period will have their license suspended. The recovery of the license will only occur after the full amount owed is paid.
