In a press conference, Mihai Jurca detailed the plans to reorganize the Prime Minister's Chancellery, which aim to reduce the number of state advisors to 11 and state secretaries to 4. Some directorates will also be transformed into departments with fewer posts. Monthly staff costs amount to 1.9-2 million lei, and Jurca emphasized that the work of the institution will continue uninterrupted, ensuring that the remaining employees will maintain professionalism.
