The National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC) will purchase three mobile laboratories, with a budget of 7.5 million lei, through European funds from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). These laboratories will be used for training and developing skills in the field of cyber security, in accordance with Romania's commitments to strengthen its national cyber resilience and align with European standards.

The project focuses on three main directions: strengthening critical infrastructure, developing skills for various categories of people, and supporting the private sector in improving information security. Additionally, DNSC promotes ecology, granting extra points to companies that deliver products in packaging made from recycled cardboard in a proportion of at least 50%.
