A girl from Constanța died in an ambulance after her mother called 112. The police have opened a criminal case for investigations.

Representatives of the Constanța County Police Inspectorate announced that, on Thursday, the police were alerted via a 112 call about the death of a little girl in an ambulance. According to initial investigations, the minor had felt unwell, and her mother decided to take her to the family doctor in Constanța.

On the way, the girl's condition worsened, and her mother requested an ambulance through 112, meeting the crew on DN 3. The doctors began resuscitation maneuvers, but without success. The lifeless body of the girl was transported to the morgue for an autopsy, in order to determine the cause of death. The police have opened a criminal case, and investigations are ongoing to clarify the circumstances of the tragedy.
