David Popovici and the Chinese athlete Pan Zhanle visited Peleș Castle during a joint training camp in Romania

The multiple swimming champion, David Popovici, made a visit to Peleș Castle together with the Chinese athlete Pan Zhanle, with whom he is in a joint training camp in Romania. Popovici emphasized on Facebook that, between training and competitions, the most beautiful moments are those experienced alongside friends and colleagues.

Accompanied by their teams and a few friends, the two swimmers took the opportunity to admire the mountain landscapes and explore the story of this remarkable historical and architectural monument. David Popovici highlighted the importance of friendship and cultural exchange, mentioning that, although athletic performance unites, the memories created together are the most valuable. Pan Zhanle, the holder of the world record in the 100-meter freestyle, arrived in Romania at the end of June to prepare.
