Daniel David continues to hold the position of Minister of Education, despite having announced his resignation 16 days ago, confirmed the spokesperson of the Government.

Although Daniel David announced his resignation from the position of Minister of Education 16 days ago, he continues to fulfill the duties of this role, according to the Government's spokesperson, Ioana Dogioiu.

When asked about the lack of an interim leadership, Dogioiu explained that David is still exercising his duties. Daniel David confirmed that, from a legal standpoint, he remains the minister and that currently no new projects are being carried out, only ongoing processes and projects that have already been started. He mentioned that he is waiting for the appointment of a new leadership, emphasizing that he also wishes to be relieved of this role.
