Daniel David stressed the importance of solidarity in overcoming the current crisis in education and announced short, medium and long-term measures to improve the education system. These include maintaining jobs and salaries, increasing the scholarship fund and reforming educational paradigms. He also emphasized the need to do away with inefficient mechanisms and promote fair and rational education. David promised that social and merit scholarships will be regulated to support pupils and students, while looking for long-term sustainable funding.
