Daniel Băluță, the mayor of Sector 4, has submitted his candidacy for the local elections on December 7, advocating for a decrease in the cost of living and an increase in the quality of life.

Daniel Băluță, current mayor of Sector 4 and the PSD candidate for the local partial elections on December 7, submitted his candidacy file to the Municipal Electoral Office on Saturday. Present at the event were the current mayor of Sector 2, the Minister of Labor, and the new general secretary of the PSD, however, Sorin Grindeanu was absent.

Băluță emphasized the importance of citizens' presence at the polls, stating that his objectives include reducing the cost of living and improving the quality of life in Bucharest. He expressed confidence that Bucharest residents will vote for results, mentioning that his administrative experience will contribute to achieving these goals. Gabriela Firea, present at the event, expressed her support for Băluță, highlighting the need for an experienced mayor.
