Adrian B. V., a 25-year-old man, was captured in Botoșani after German authorities issued an arrest warrant for a recent violent rape. He was wanted across Europe and Romanian police carried out an operation to find him in a building in the county. Adrian will be presented to the court for confirmation of the arrest warrant, facing a severe sentence. Another wanted murderer also remains at large, complic complicating the authorities' efforts.
