Timisoara City Hall, DFMT and the Local Police were the targets of a ransomware cyber-attack that affected their servers and computer systems.

The attack took place on Friday night and was detected by the digital security system. There is no indication that the attackers extracted any personal data from the affected systems. All City Hall's online services are functioning normally, but online collection of local taxes is temporarily suspended for DFMT.
