The customs inspectors from the Constanța South Border Customs Office conducted a check on a container arriving from China, belonging to a company from Voluntari, Ilfov. Following the inspections, they discovered approximately 564,000 plastic pens that could infringe on intellectual property rights for an internationally protected trademark.

The Romanian Customs Authority has retained the suspected counterfeit goods for expertise, and after the case is concluded, the necessary legal measures will be taken.
