The Ministry of Culture has signed a new two-year Collective Bargaining Agreement, which will provide protection and clear rules for cultural workers

The Ministry of Culture, together with cultural trade unions, has finalized negotiations for a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which will have legal effect for all employees in the sector for a period of two years. The document includes regulations on working hours, weekend pay and health and safety rules. Minister Natalia-Elena Intotero underlined the importance of social dialogue in the realization of this agreement, noting that negotiations on sector-specific annexes for each profession will follow.
