The Superior Council of the Magistracy (SCM) reacts strongly to the measures in the Bolojan Cabinet's government program, considering that they ignore the real problems of the judiciary and threaten its stability. The SCM has convened general assemblies of magistrates on June 30 to demand respect for their status. The CSM also proposes alternative solutions to reduce public spending, including reorganization of courts, digitalization of the judiciary and an increase in stamp duties.
