The Craiova Local Council will approve an evaluation report for the purchase of a property worth 5,196,232 lei, intended for the relocation of the offices of the Victor Babeș Hospital.

The Local Council of the municipality of Craiova is preparing to approve an evaluation report that establishes a starting price of 5,196,232 lei (approximately 1,020,009 euros) for negotiating the purchase of a property located at Calea București, no. 62C.

The local administration wishes to buy this building to relocate the offices of the 'Victor Babe舗; Infectious Diseases and Pneumophthisiology Hospital', which currently operates in a space that is set to be demolished. The property, built in 2008, has three floors and a usable area of 777.21 square meters, being located near the hospital. After the report is approved, negotiations will begin to establish the final conditions of the transaction.
