The President of the Senate, Mircea Abrudean, declared on Monday that the motion of censure filed against the Bolojan government has no chance of being adopted, considering that it represents only a political endeavor without finality.

He emphasized that each motion is a test for the governing coalition, but he does not believe there will be coalition parliamentarians who will vote against their own government, mentioning that any internal grievances can be managed through dialogue. Abrudean stated that the stability of the coalition must remain a priority and excluded, at the same time, the possibility that PNL senators would support simple or censure motions against government members.
