The management of the Buzău County Emergency Hospital announced the suspension of consultations in the Oncology outpatient clinic, because the specialist has decided to move to the private sector, starting August 1, 2025. The hospital's manager, Sorin Pătrașcu, said that patients will have to seek consultations in the private system until the resumption of activity, scheduled for October, when a transfer of staff is expected. Currently, the Oncology ward has two doctors employed.
