The financial aid varies between 250 and 710 lei per month, depending on the beneficiary's net income. Beneficiaries must reside in Constanța and must meet certain conditions, such as being employed with an individual employment contract or being unemployed on benefits. Also, the child for whom the financial aid is requested must not be enrolled in a day nursery.
