The National Audiovisual Council (CNA) has fined Romania TV with penalties of 10,000 lei and 5,000 lei for violating audiovisual legislation. The first fine was imposed for broadcasts on January 21 and 22, which contained headlines and statements considered misleading and inciting.
CNA emphasized that broadcasters must inform the public correctly and avoid offensive language. The second fine was issued for the show 'Romania Exclusiv', where a guest used extremely offensive language. Additionally, CNA issued a public warning to Gold FM and decided to take action against the illegal content distributed by Cristian Rizea. These measures underline the importance of adhering to regulations in the audiovisual field.
