CNA meets to discuss the reconsideration of decisions regarding Realitatea Plus and Gold FM

The National Audiovisual Council (CNA) met today at 1:30 PM to analyze the requests for re-examination of the decisions that revoked the audiovisual licenses of Realitatea Plus television and Gold FM station. The Vice President of CNA, Valentin Jucan, explained that the meeting is a legal procedure, and the broadcasters must present new evidence or information that could influence previous decisions.

Representatives of Realitatea Plus will participate in the meeting, including the owner's daughter, Alexandra Păcuraru, and reporter Alessia Păcuraru. Meanwhile, a group of 150-200 protesters gathered in front of the CNA to contest the revocation of Realitatea Plus's license, the protest being supported by the leader of AUR, George Simion.

Although the number of participants is low, the show's host stated that a 'huge protest' is taking place, highlighting the tension surrounding this decision.
