Timis police officers carried out checks on 37 economic operators in Timisoara, focusing on tax evasion in alternative ride-sharing transportation. Five sanctions totaling 37,000 lei were applied and two companies are being investigated for failure to comply with tax obligations, causing damage of 341,853 lei. In addition, 875 lei were confiscated and three companies had their activity suspended.
