CEC Bank has announced the auctioning of two branches, one from Bucharest and another from Târgoviște, along with a property from Vaslui. The auction will take place on the azitis.com platform, starting from December 9, 2025. The property in Bucharest, located in sector 1, is a multifunctional building with land, having a starting price of 980,000 euros. Flavius Drăghici, COO of azitis.com, mentioned that this asset could attract investors due to its potential for transformation into a medical clinic, offices, or residential space.

The former branch in Târgoviște, with a built area of 76 square meters and land of 22.74 square meters, will be auctioned with a starting price of 26,700 euros. Additionally, the property in Vaslui will be sold with a starting price of 21,750 euros. This initiative reflects the increased interest in investments in medium and small cities in Romania.
