On Thursday, the Constitutional Court of Romania decided to reject the applications lodged by the AUR, POT and SOS Romania parties, challenging the legality of the Law on the control of the use of national airspace and the Law regulating the conduct of military missions and operations in peacetime on Romanian territory. This decision confirms the validity of these laws in the current context of national security.
