A document issued by the Trade Register shows that Dacian Dragoș, a judge of the Constitutional Court, is the administrator of a company in Cluj-Napoca and a representative of a foundation associated with it. Lawyer Silvia Uscov has raised allegations of incompatibility, invoking Article 144 of the Constitution, which prohibits the exercise of other public or private functions. Dragoș claims that he resigned from his private positions before being appointed as a CCR judge, asserting that he is not in a state of incompatibility. ONRC documents confirm that he was appointed administrator in April 2022, and his resignation was registered in July 2025. The minutes of the company's board of directors confirm the resignation, but Dragoș does not know if it was officially communicated to ONRC. Radoncontrol S.A., the company where he was administrator, incurred losses in 2024. Dacian Dragoș was appointed CCR judge in July 2025.
