Cushman & Wakefield Echinox data shows a significant increase in demand for office space in Bucharest, with a total of 91,000 sq m leased in Q1 2024. Rental levels stagnated and the vacancy rate fell slightly to 14.4%. BPO companies were the most active, accounting for 36% of total transactions.
