In a recent discussion, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan emphasized that the decisions of the Constitutional Court (CCR) are made based on officially communicated data. Responding to the questions of a dissatisfied listener, Bolojan insisted that the explanation provided is sufficient, mentioning the sensitive nature of certain information. He highlighted that certain documents, which contain data that could expose information officers, should not be declassified without a careful analysis of the effects.
Additionally, the Prime Minister specified that the Executive does not have direct competence regarding the public presentation of the CSAT report, as this is a decision that belongs to Nicușor Dan. Bolojan mentioned that, in the past, he had the opportunity to declassify the CSAT meetings in his capacity as interim president of Romania.
