On Monday evening, a boat with several passengers capsized in Musura Bay in the Danube Delta. Emergency crews, including firefighters, ambulances and Border Police, are on the scene to search for possible missing victims. Some people in life jackets have been recovered, but others are in cardio-respiratory arrest and medical staff are performing resuscitation maneuvers. The number of casualties is not yet known.
