The baby, a few months old, was hospitalized at the Pediatric Hospital I in Cluj-Napoca, after a planned operation at the city's Heart Institute was postponed due to lack of places. He became infected with staphylococcus aureus and died in hospital. The parents complain that the baby was not properly resuscitated.
