Nicolae Milcă, local councilor of AUR from Motru, has failed the Baccalaureate exam again at the age of 39, despite his position as an elected local official. His participation in this year's session is marked by suspicions of fraud, being suspected of having introduced an electronic device into the examination room to receive solutions.
The Motru Municipal Police has opened an investigation file, and Milcă has been questioned regarding these accusations. Although he does not have a Baccalaureate diploma, he holds important positions in the Local Council, including in the Legal and Disciplinary Commission, and has been appointed as a representative in the Evaluation and Quality Assurance Commission of the 'George Coșbuc' National College. Before his political career, Milcă was an employee of the Motru Public Directorate SA and now manages a company that installs heating systems. The authorities have not officially confirmed the information about the fraud, and investigations are ongoing.
