Apa Nova Bucharest has announced an investment program for 2026, worth 49 million euros, aimed at modernizing water and sewage networks, digitizing services, and increasing energy efficiency.


Of this amount, 30.6 million euros are allocated for projects under the New Mandatory Investment Program (NPIO), which aims to expand and modernize infrastructure until 2031. Among the planned projects are works on the A1 collector in the Tineretului - Văcărești area and the expansion of drinking water and sewage networks in the Lunci area. Additionally, Apa Nova will invest in digitization, allocating 3.9 million euros for modern equipment in water production stations. The company estimates the completion of the micro-hydropower plant at the Crivina Station, which will generate 5,813 MWh annually.
