ANOFM announces financial incentives for companies that hire pupils or students on vacation, representing 50% of the ISR.

Firms that hire pupils or students during the vacation period can benefit from a monthly incentive of 50% of the Social Reference Indicator (SRI), amounting to 660 lei in 2025. Incentives are granted for a maximum of 60 working days per year, and employment is through fixed-term employment contracts. Employers must conclude an agreement with the local agency within 30 days of employment. Incentives cannot be claimed for employment prior to the holiday or for the same person for a period of 60 days. Further information is available on the ANOFM website.
