The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) forecasts a complex evolution of the weather between February 10 and 18.

In the first days, the southwest, south, and center of the country will experience snowfall, with snow deposits of 2-4 cm in Oltenia, and possibly ice. Minimum temperatures will vary between -8 and 3 degrees. Starting Wednesday, the weather will warm up, with maximums between 1 and 13 degrees, and precipitation will predominantly be in the form of rain. In the following days, temperatures will continue to rise, reaching values of 4-15 degrees, with extensive rain in the southeast. From Saturday, the weather will improve, but precipitation will return, with snowfall in the mountains.

Starting February 15, a cooling of the weather is expected, with mixed precipitation in most regions.

In Bucharest, temperatures will be warmer than normal, with maximums of 13-15 degrees, followed by a gradual decrease.
